API to georeferenced pdfs

I have a project that needs to read georeferenced pdfs, is there any avenza API that makes this functionality available for a fee or for free?

  Hi Paulo,

  If you would like to view the georeferenced pdf's within Avenza Maps it is free to use with up to three custom maps. Avenza Maps supports the following formats for custom imported maps:
  - Geospatial PDF (.pdf)
  - TerraGo GeoPDF (.pdf)
  - GeoTIFF (.tiff, .tif)
  - JPG (.jpg) - Must be packaged with either a TFW & PRJ or JGW & WKT in a ZIP file

  We currently do not offer any Avenza Maps API or desktop versions.
