New phone and now I lost my placemarks

    Thanks for your post!

    Map features such as placemarks can be recovered if you are able to access the previous device. You can export the layers from that device, send them to yourself and import them on the new device. Without access to the device, the only other place they may exist would be on a device backup (if you had created one that includes that data). I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, however we are currently working on a backup restore process that will hopefully provide a faster, easier experience.
