    Hi, Mack thank you for your post!

    We are currently working on a patch release for both iOS and Android that will hopefully resolve the issue!

    In the interim, if you do want to uninstall and reinstall, any purchased maps that are linked with your Map Store account can be downloaded by tapping on the head/bust icon at the top of the My Maps tab > log in to your account > then select the maps to download from the Download History.

    Please note that any data (placemarks, tracks, etc.) is not automatically backed up, so if you didn't previously have this backed up or downloaded it will be lost.

    Very similar problem has occurred  with my usage of the app!  If memory is correct, problem became very noticeable approx 6 months ago.I have  spent several hundred USD on map purchases, mostly useless until this problem can be fixed. Using a Galaxy 10 Note Plus, Avenza 3.14 with Android OS 11 (last OS update from 10/1/2021.)

    We have released the newest version of the app, 3.15.2! If restarting your device has not resolved the issue, you could uninstall and reinstall the app.

    Since you have an Android device and it must be signed in to purchase maps, maps that are linked with your Map Store account can be redownloaded by tapping on the head/bust icon at the top of the My Maps tab > log in to your account > then select the maps to download from the Download History. Please allow the processing and download to occur in the foreground of the screen, and not switch to another app or lock the screen while downloading. 

    Please note that any data (placemarks, tracks, etc.) is not automatically backed up, so if you didn't previously have this backed up or downloaded it will be lost.
