Plus subscription is current but some maps inactive / app tells me I'm using 'free' version

    Thank you for your post!

    Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow us to handle subscriptions or transactions. We can’t view or modify transactions in anyway. The subscription is associated with your Apple ID when you purchase the subscription in-app.

    There is an easy fix for this though. Please follow these steps:

    Open Avenza Maps > Tap on Settings > Tap on Restore Subscriptions

    This will call on Apple’s subscription server to look for any associated subscriptions with the Avenza Maps app and your Apple ID. You may need to sign in and enter your password.
