Creating an install that already includes a maps bundle?

Was wondering how hard would it be to create a Avenza app install that already comes with a bundle of maps that includes a kmz file? Basically make it a super easy install for older people or people that just don't understand technology. For example as a vendor I offer a bundle of maps for free through your store. Then on a Facebook group I offer a .kmz file to go with the bundle to let people know where waterfalls, arches, cave, rock formations etc.. are in the forest. It would be awesome to somehow create a simple Avenza install for everyone that already includes the map bundle with the kmz file. Kinda like a Avenza app (insert forest name here) Edition. I'm sure some forest society group would be willing to pay for this to happen as long as they could resale it to the public. To help raise funds for the society to help with recreation trails, graffiti removal etc.. Or Simply create a Avenza install that includes a map bundle? Can edit the maps ourselves to include have the .kmz file. Please let me know what you think of if this is possible. Thank you

  Hi James,

   

  Thank you for your post!  This is actually something that we are working on as we speak!  Our initial iteration of this (geopackages) will be app-side only, meaning you can import and export map and data combined.  Once we get this fully refined, we will add additional functionality that will extend to vendors like yourself and enable them to upload both maps and features at the same time.  I do not have an exact release date on this feature  yet, but it is something we are aiming towards!
