"No image exporter for file type" when attempting to import zip

Hello all,

I have a premium subscription, trying to import a zip containing .shp file and the other appropriate files with it:

I get the error "No image exporter for file type", as below:

Any tips would be much appreciated!

  Hi Tom,

  It looks like you are getting this error as you are trying to import from the My Maps tab instead of the Layers.  Shapefiles are supported as a feature layer, and as such can not be imported as a map. 

  Please let me know if importing it via the Layers tab, or by opening the map you want it on, and then importing it from the Map Features window (to the right of the coordinate display once you have a map open) works better!
