Maps recovery on new device
How can I import / recovery maps I bought and download on a previous device no longer working? Thank you
To access your maps on a new device, please tap the head/bust icon at the top of the My Maps page on the new device to log into your Map Store account. Once logged in, please select all the maps you wish to download from the Download History button.
If you had any custom imported maps (not from the Map Store), you will need to reimport these using the original map files.
While downloading, please be sure to leave your device on (do not let the screen go to sleep) and keep the app in the foreground so that you minimize any risk of processing errors.
