New Icon and maps failing to download

So I got a new Iphone and when I transferred my data, the Avenza Maps Icon has changed to the newer one. When I launch the app it is saying "Error failed to download. Tap to restart" I am using the free version. My Maps were of the Oregon OHV trail systems downloaded from them with numerous saved tracks that I had saved. I still have my old phone. How can I get my maps back ? Please help... I love the app and use it over numerous other options available.
