  Thank you for your post!

  Please let us know the Vendor of those maps so we can investigate. Also If these maps are already downloaded in your download history, you could delete the maps and redownload them. Please check they in your history before deleting and redownloading.

  To see your download history and replace maps after deleting, please do the following - open Avenza Maps > tap the head/bust icon at the top of the screen and log in with your account details. Once logged in you have the option to change any of your account details (email or password), as well as see your purchase/download history, where you can select which maps you wish to download.

  Also, when downloading please allow the device to download in the foreground and not let it sleep, to ensure a successful download. You can also reach us at https://support.avenzamaps.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
