Error Opening Global Mapper Export

    Hello John, 

    There are a few things that can be causing this error message. If you have not already, please try the following: 

    1. Delete the failed map import and try downloading it again.
    2. Refresh your connection to the Map Store/servers:
      1. Tap the head/bust icon at the top of the My Maps page
      2. Sign out of your account
      3. Fully close the app, and restart your device
      4. Open the app and log back into your account
    3. Ensure the device has sufficient internal storage. Ideally, 1-2 GBs of storage is still needed, as the map/bundle needs to be processed, which may take up space.

    Additionally, instead of downloading the file from Teams to your internal storage, try a different location such as DropBox or Google Drive.
