Basemap Server Could Not Be Reached
I'm receiving the following error when opening Avenza:
"Basemap server could not be reached"
This of course wipes out basemap coverage. It has been going on for many days.
Any advice?

Hello Andy,
For this issue, we recommend clearing the cache for the app. To do this, open your device Settings > Apps > Search Avenza Maps > Storage > Clear Cache. Clearing cache will not delete your maps or data. Please DO NOT tap on Clear Data as your maps and collected data will be deleted in this instance.
Once the cache has been cleared, I recommend restarting your device. Once your device has been restarted, please open the Avenza Maps app and attempt to open the OSM Basemap once more.If you continue to have problems with the basemap, please reach out to us at https://support.avenzamaps.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
