If you have purchased a Plus or Pro subscription in-app, your receipt will be issued by the respective app store. Please see the information below on accessing your receipt on both Android and iOS devices.
Android Subscriptions
For Plus and Pro subscriptions purchased in-app on Android devices, the receipt is issued by Google Play Services. In-app subscription purchases are handled through the Google Play Store, as they process and collect payment.
Ideally, you should receive a receipt to the email address that is linked to your Google Play account. It is recommended that you check your spam folder, as receipts can be found there quite often.
If the receipt is not found in any email inbox, it can be accessed at pay.google.com. Sign in to the account used to purchase the subscription, click on the subscription purchase, and the receipt should appear on the right.

iOS Subscriptions
For Plus and Pro subscriptions purchased in-app on iOS devices, the receipt is issued by Apple. Subscribers should receive a receipt to the email address linked to their Apple ID. It is recommended that you check your spam folder, as receipts can be found there quite often.
